Because MyOffice is a full multi-user system, several users can access the same contacts
at the same time. Updates are immediate … so new or changed immediately become available to other users
Access is controlled by organising your contacts into Contact Groups and specifying which users
have 'read only' or 'read/write' access to the groups.
Sharing CRM data
If you use the Contact Activity functionality to record CRM information then sharing contacts
becomes very important. Each user dealing with a contact needs to see all the previous history of
emails/actions for that contact. MyOffice allows you to do this ... and because its an internet hosted
service users can share and update contacts from any PC connected to the internet.
