Diaries - Integrate with Contacts
You can link appointments to contacts. This enables you to view a contact's
appointments from the Contact window and to view the contacts associated with an appointment
from the Appointment window.
This is particularly useful when you need to look up a contact's previous appointments.
You can simply find the contact and view the list of their appointments in the appointments tab.
Linking an appointment to a contact also means that you don't have to record static data, like
an address, in the appointment. You can find the contact's address by clicking on the contact link in the
appointment.
