Multiple Diaries \ Calendars

There's no limit to the number of diaries you can set up and there's no charge for diaries.

Shared Diaries \ Calendars

Diaries can be shared with other users in your account. Visibility of diaries, and access levels (read only or read/write) are controlled on a per diary basis. Diaries can be accessed using the Windows Desktop version, the Pocket PC version or the Web Browser version.

User Defined Fields

Additional tabs and fields can be added to the definition of appointments to allow tailoring of the application to specific business requirements.

Email and mobile Phone Notifications

You can set up automatic notifications to multiple email addresses and mobile phones to advise when appointments have been added or modified.

Appointment Reminders

Reminders can be set for appointments. These can be set to occur at a time specified by the user, and are sent via either an on-screen message, an email, via SMS, or a combination of the three. Reminders can be sent to multiple recipients.

Private Appointments

Appointments can be entered as 'private', masking their contents from other users. Other users see a blocked out appointment containing the word 'Private'.

Superimpose Diaries \ Calendars

Diaries can be viewed individually, or combined with one or more other diaries to create a combined view.

Customisable Diary \ Calendar Views

Diaries can be viewed either by day, by week, as a monthly calendar, or as a list. Start and End times for display, appointment colours, weekend visibility, and overall view scaling are configurable. Diaries can be superimposed in all diary views.

Searchable Diaries \ Calendars

Diaries are searchable, either individually or as groups. Searches can be constrained by date, and search terms apply to all fields within appointments.

Repeating Appointments

Appointments can be set to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and at other, more complex frequencies, such as "last Friday in the month".

Work Offline

Instead of connecting 'online' to the MyOffice server you can choose to work 'offline'.

This enables you to keep on working if for any reason you are unable to connect to the internet or the server.

The next time you log on 'online' all your work will automatically be updated onto the MyOffice web server.
