Log on using a Username that has
Diary Administration capability.

Click the Tools menu and select the
Diary Admin option.

In the Diary tree view, select the diary
you want to configure to send email
notifications and click the
Edit button.

Click the Email on Update
tab.

In the Send Notification
Email section tick the
checkboxes to send emails for adds,
updates and deletes, as required.

In the Email addresses to receive
notification box enter the email
addresses that are to receive the
notification. Separate the addresses
with a semi colon ';'.

Click the OK button to close the window.
