Sending email notifications of appointments

  • Log on using a Username that has Diary Administration capability.

  • Click the Tools menu and select the Diary Admin option.

  • In the Diary tree view, select the diary you want to configure to send email notifications and click the Edit button.

  • Click the Email on Update tab.

  • In the Send Notification Email section tick the checkboxes to send emails for adds, updates and deletes, as required.

  • In the Email addresses to receive notification box enter the email addresses that are to receive the notification. Separate the addresses with a semi colon ';'.

  • Click the OK button to close the window.
