If you are working with several diaries you can simplify the list by organising the diaries into groups.
First set up the group and then move the required diaries to that group.
Log on using a Username that has Diary Administration capability.
Click the Tools menu and select the Diary Admin option.
In the Diary Admin window, click the New Group button.
Enter the Group name and click the OK button.
Drag and drop the diary to the required group.
