In the contact list you can specify the
columns you want displaying, the sequence in
which they are displayed and the width of the
columns. You can also sort the list on any of the columns.
Configuring the
columns to be displayed

In the Contacts window, click the
Tools menu and select the
Configure Columns
option.

Move columns from the 'Available
Columns' list to the 'Visible
Columns' list. You can either select
the columns and move them with the 'move'
arrows or use 'Drag and Drop'.

Adjust the sequence of the columns
using the 'up' and 'down' arrows.

Click the OK button to close
the window.
Changing the width of a column

In the Contacts window, position the mouse over the edge of the column
heading until a cross appears.

Hold down the left mouse button and drag the column
to the required size.
Sorting the contact list

In the Contacts window, click the mouse on the column heading
you want to sort by.

Alternate clicks sort the column in ascending or descending order.
