Giving users access to a contact group

  • Log on using a Username that has Contact Group Administration capability.

  • In the Contacts window, right-click on the contact group you want to edit and select the Permissions option.

    Note: The default access setting is that all users will have read/write access to the contact group. If you want to restrict access then follow the next step.

  • Click the Apply security permissions to this Contact Group checkbox.

  • Move users from the 'Available' list to either the 'Read and Write' list or the 'Read Only' list. You can either select the users and move them with the move arrows or you can use 'drag & drop'.

  • Click the OK button to close the window.
