You can share contacts with other users in your
account.
Any user with Contact Administration
capability can set up Contact Groups and control
which users have access to these groups.
There are two types of contact:

Private contacts
-
Shared contacts
Each user has their own 'Private Contacts'
group which can only be accessed by themselves.
In addition, a user may have access to other
shared contact groups. Access to shared contact
groups is controlled by users with Contact
Administration capability.
A Search facility allows you to search for a match in every data field. The
search lists contacts that match the search criteria anywhere in the contact
record (e.g. name, address, email, tel no's, comments, etc)
You can also customise which fields you want
to see in the contact list display. This
includes any 'user defined fields' you may have
defined.
