Diaries

Overview

Only a user with Diary Administration capability can set up new diaries. The Diary Administrator also sets and maintains the user access capabilities for each diary.

Diaries don't have to relate to individuals. You can set up diaries for projects or resources such as meeting rooms and events. Or you can have diaries for holidays or sickness, etc.

You can view diaries individually or collectively using the 'view multiple diaries' feature. 

The Default diary for a user controls which diary is initially opened when the user logs on. The Default diary can be configured by the user.

Each user can configure how they view a diary in terms of the start & finish times of the day, whether or not weekends are displayed, and the duration of the time divisions.

Reminders can be attached to appointments to remind yourself or other individuals about the appointment.
