Step 3 - Email

One of the key benefits of our email service is the ability to send and receive emails from anywhere in the world. Not only that, but you can see all your sent and received emails no matter where you are. This is because all your emails are stored on our central server rather than on you local PC. This is in addition to any copies you may leave stored with your email provider. There's an easy way to see your emails working without affecting your existing email setup. Just configure our service to receive your existing emails without removing 'read' emails from your service provider. Then you can view new emails using both your existing software (e.g. Outlook) and our email service. Of course, any emails sent from one system won't be visible by the other, but at least you can receive all your incoming emails in parallel. This will allow you to try the email functionality before deciding whether or not you want to switch over.
