Time Zones

Setting the time zone for a diary ensures that whenever the diary is displayed it will always be shown using a specific time zone.

This is particularly useful if two users from different time zones are entering appointments in the same diary. Appointments will always appear at the same times no matter where they are viewed from in the world. e.g. A 2pm appointment will always appear at 2pm.

Only a user with Diary Administration capability can set the time zone for a diary.

• Click the Tools menu and select the Diary Admin option.

• Select the diary you want to change and click the Edit button.

• In the Diary window click the checkbox called 'This Diary is in a specific time zone'

• Select the Time Zone from the drop down list

• Click the OK button.
