Troubleshooting

For certain Support Requests you will be asked to take a file copy of your System settings and email it to us.

• Click the Start button.

• Select the Programs menu option.

• Select the Accessories menu option.

• Select the System Tools menu option.

• Select the System Information menu option.

• In the System Information window, highlight System Information in the tree window.

• Windows 98 Users

  • Click on the File menu and select the Save option.
    

  • In the File Name box enter the file name followed by .txt
    (we suggest you use your account name as the file name).

• Windows 2000 Users

  • Click on the Action menu and select the Save As Text File option.
    

  • In the File Name box enter the file name.
    (we suggest you use your account name as the file name).
