When contacting MyOffice support, it would be most helpful if you could supply the following information along with your query:
1.Your ACCOUNT name and USER name. We do not need your password.
2.Whether your query relates to the Windows version, Web Browser version, or the PDA Windows Mobile version.
3.If you are reporting a problem with a service, please could you include, where possible, the following information:
Whether the problem relates to something that has stopped working (e.g. 'I can't receive emails with MyOffice any more') or to something that has not worked for you previously (e.g. 'I have never been able to receive emails with MyOffice').

Please include the names of any security products installed on the PC in question. e.g. Norton Internet Security. These can interfere with the correct operation of MyOffice if not correctly configured.

Any MyOffice error messages relating to the problem.
